Three jailed on felonies Saturday

BARBOURSVILLE - Three people were booked on felony charges at the Western Regional Jail on Saturday.

Joshua Hezekial Allen, 35, was arrested Saturday by authorities in Cabell County. He has been charged with disorderly conduct and possession of an explosive device. Bond was denied.
