BARBARA E. KISSACK DELLIGATTI, 65, of Ona, died December 5 at home. A memorial service is being planned and will be announced by Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington.

WILLIAM H. FRALEY, 85, of Dunkirk, Ind.,, formerly of Ranger, W. Va., died December 2. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, Handley Funeral Home, Hamlin, W.Va.; burial will be in the Sanders Cemetery, Ranger, W.Va. Visitation will be two hours prior to the funeral.

DR. PAUL RAYMOND KLEYKAMP, 93, of Wurtland, Ky., husband of Mary Margaret Flannery Kleykamp, died December in Oakmont Manor, Flatwoods, Ky. He retired as chief physician at Armco Steel Company. There will be a memorial service, 3 p.m. Sunday, Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel. Visitation will be one hour before service Sunday at the funeral home. ROBERT DAVID MAYS, 87, of Chesapeake, Ohio, husband of Peggy Mays, died December 5 in St. Mary’s Medical Center. He retired from Special Metals. Arrangements are incomplete at Chapman’s Mortuary.

REV. RALPH D. REEDY, 87, of Davin, W.Va., died December 4, in Dignity Hospice House, Chapmanville, W.Va. Heretired from Amherst Coal Company as a mine clerk and was a United Methodist pastor. Visitation will be from noon until 2 p.m. Saturday, Claypool United Methodist Church at Davin, followed by a celebration of life at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Cook Cemetery at Cyclone. DENNIS RICHARDS of Ferrellsburg, W.Va. widower of Polly Richards, died December 4 in Dignity Hospice House, Chapmanville, W.Va. He was a retired teacher. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday, Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Chapmanville, W.Va.; burial will follow in Richards Family Cemetery, Ferrellsburg, W.Va. Visitation will be one hour before service at the funeral home.

MARVIN CLIFTON SLATER, 91 of Williamson, W.Va., widower of Helen Johnson Slater, died December 3 in Cornerstone Hospital, Huntington. He retired from Sears. Funeral service was 1 p.m. Thursday, December 6 at Little Dove United Baptist Church. Burial followed in Slater Family Cemetery, Williamson.

JO ANN WILSON, 65, of Ironton, wife of Carroll "Buster" Wilson, died December 4 in King's Daughters Medical Center. She was a homemaker. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Phillips Funeral Home, Ironton; burial in Hecla Cemetery. Visitation will be two hours before service Saturday at the funeral home.
