Sidewalk Sale, Kids Fair planned for holiday weekend

BARBOURSVILLE -- Kids Fair and the annual Fourth of July Sidewalk Sale will be going on this weekend at the Huntington Mall.

Some of the stores participating in the sidewalk sale are: JD's Golden Chain, the Disney Store, Vitamin World, Mastercuts, Claires, Adams Fine Gifts, Diva's Handbags and Steve & Barry's.

Giveaways will be offered beginning at noon on Friday, July 4, and Saturday, July 5. In celebration of the Fourth of July on Friday, the Huntington Mall will give away Patriotic Jell-O Flag Mold, while supplies last. Just stop by the customer service center.

Saturday at the Kids Fair in the Mall Gazebo, the first 100 kids will receive a sand bucket full of goodies from Huntington Mall stores, while supplies last. Also on Saturday, pieces of Great American Cookie cake will be offered from the Mall Gazebo, and games will be played at the "FAB-ulous Kids Corner," hosted by the Huntington Mall Fashion Advisory Board.

Guests also can register to win prizes, such as tickets to Camden Park, tickets to the Huntington Outdoor Theater, a birthday party provided by M&M Inflatable, a Great American Cookie, and toys from KB Toys and the Huntington Mall.

Huntington Outdoor Theater will give mall patrons a sneak peak into their 2008 Summer Program from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 6, in the Macy's Dome by performing excerpts from "Romeo and Juliet."

M&M Inflatables will be set up all weekend long in the Mall Gazebo.

The Huntington Mall Complex is located off of Interstate 64 at Exit 20. Special holiday hours for 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday; 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
