NRP acquires Wyoming interests
HOUSTON -- Natural Resource Partners L.P. has acquired a 48.51 percent general partner interest in OCI Wyoming L.P. and 20 percent of the common shares and all of the preferred shares of OCI Wyoming Co.
NRP bought the interests from subsidiaries of Anadarko Petroleum Corp. for $310 million, according to a news release.
OCI Wyoming is a large producer of natural soda ash and sodium carbonate.
