The process to identify Kentucky's top employers is a two-part examination of the company's work culture. The first part looks at policies, procedures and the makeup of the work force. The second portion asks in-depth questions to employees.

"We are recognized by Fortune, Thomson, HealthGrades, Foster McGaw, the Best Places to Work in Kentucky and many accreditation organizations because of team members' commitment to our patients, their families and fellow teammates," he said.
