Allegiant offers new hotel-flight package guarantee

Oct. 17, 2010 @ 11:23 PM

HUNTINGTON -- Allegiant Airlines, which has four flights out of Huntington Tri-State Airport, is making new low-price guarantees. According to a press release, Allegiant now guarantees its air and hotel package pricing with the "Allegiant Low-Price Pledge." If a customer finds a lower package price, their next flight to that destination will be free for two.

Allegiant's new pledge is intended to guarantee customers the lowest price on air and hotel vacation packages. If the customer finds an air and hotel package for less, Allegiant will issue up to two free roundtrip tickets per itinerary to use on a future Allegiant flight to the same destination. Customers have up to seven days after the reservation is made to report the price to Allegiant.

Allegiant also provides $20 instant savings off round-trip airfare to customers who purchase an air and hotel package, and it has reduced some everyday fares by amending its pricing structure. Now customers who book their travel early can receive the lowest possible fare.

Allegiant Airlines has direct, low-fare flights from Huntington to Orlando, Fort Lauderdale and Tampa/St. Petersburg in Florida, as well as Myrtle Beach, S.C.
