1. TO ENTER The Imagination Movers Coloring Contest (the "Contest"): Simply color the coloring sheet found on Herald Dispatch.com and fill out the entry form information and mail it in. All entries must include your name, address, date of birth, ten digit day telephone number and e-mail address. Limit of one entry per individual per household or email addresses, telephone numbers or addresses provided. Illegible entries are ineligible. Contest starts at 12:01am on September 17, 2009 and ends on November 4, 2009 at 12:00 pm (the "Contest Period").

2. The contest sponsor is The Herald Dispatch. ("Contest Sponsor").

3. To enter and to be eligible to win, entrant must be a legal resident of United States. Employees and their parents, siblings and children, and persons domiciled with an employee of Contest Sponsor or Feld Entertainment, Inc. or the agents, parents, affiliated or related companies, subsidiaries, divisions, prize sponsors, and promotional and advertising agencies and administrators of either of them, are ineligible to enter. Entrants who are under the age of 18 at the date of entry are not eligible to enter the Contest and win a Prize; however the parent or legal guardian of such children may enter on their behalf.

4. Prizes:  One (1) winner will receive one family four pack of tickets. Approximate retail value of the Prize is $56.00.   Limit of one Prize per address.

5. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes may not be sold or transferred and are not convertible to cash. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize in whole or in part in the event that all or any component of any Prize is unavailable.

6. On or after November 9 at approximately 10:00 am, a random drawing will take place at The Herald Dispatch, from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning a Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Contest Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to contact potential winner, by telephone within two (2) business days after the drawing. In the event the potential winner cannot be contacted within 2 business days after the drawing, he or she will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be drawn. Proof of identification must be provided upon request. Before being awarded a Prize, potential winner and each potential winner's guest(s), as applicable, will be required to sign and return within the time stipulated by the Contest Sponsor, a full release and indemnity form stating that he/she has read and understood these official rules and regulations ("Rules"), grants all consents required, authorizes the Contest Sponsor to broadcast, publish and disseminate his/her name, address, photograph, likeness, sobriquet and voice, in connection with any promotion or publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and information purposes at no additional compensation to the potential winner and/or guest(s), beyond the awarding of or participation in the Prize, accepts the Prize as offered and releases the Contest Sponsor from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the potential winner's and/or guest's, participation in this Contest and receipt and use of the Prize. In the event that the potential winner and/or the guest(s), as applicable, do/does not comply with all the provisions as contemplated in these Rules, Contest Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify potential winner and draw an alternate potential winner(s) and Contest Sponsor be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.

7. By entering this Contest the entrants and participants automatically agree to accept and abide by these Rules. All decisions of the Contest Sponsor with respect to any aspect of this Contest, including without limitation the eligibility of entries, are final and binding on all entrants in all matters as they relate to this Contest.  By entering this Contest, unless expressly indicated otherwise on the entry form, each entrant also consents to the collection, use and distribution of his/her personal information (information that identifies an entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age and home address) by the Contest Sponsors for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Contest and for notifying entrants of upcoming shows.

8. All entries become the property of Contest Sponsor who assumes no responsibility for lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected mail. No correspondence will be entered into except with entrants requesting Rules by mail or requesting names of Prize winner(s) (for which a self-addressed, postage paid envelope must be included, addressed to: The Herald Dispatch c/o Imagination Movers, 946 Fifth Ave., Huntington, WV 25701). Contest Sponsor does/do not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. If for any reason, in the opinion of the Contest Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or the proper conduct of the Contest is corrupted or adversely affected, by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond its/their control, Contest Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, extend or suspend the Contest including canceling any method of entry, and select a winner from previously received eligible entries. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Rules without materially affecting the terms and conditions hereof. Contest Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of the Rules or otherwise in a disruptive manner. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law.

9. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.   Void where prohibited.
