OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

No purchase necessary to enter or to win. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

Where in the World is Inky contest is open to U.S. residents, 18 years or older at the time of promotion. Employees of The Herald-Dispatch, Champion Publishing, local sponsors and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and other agents, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with such employees, are not eligible.

The Herald-Dispatch's Where in the World is Inky photos and clues will be published in The Herald-Dispatch beginning on Monday, June 1st thru the 14th, 2008.

A new picture and clue will appear daily in The Herald-Dispatch. Clues are available in paper only, not online.

The last picture and clue will be published on Saturday, June 14th, 2008. Winner will be determined by the number of correct answers on the official entry form. In the case of a tie, winners will be drawn, by game of chance, from all correct entries. Winner will be announced on or about June 23rd, 2008.

Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes.

Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of contest end. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release within ten (10) days, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to an alternate winner.

Except where prohibited, participation in the Where in the World is Inky Contest constitutes entrant's consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for ay commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.

All contest rules and decisions are final.

The prize package can be claimed by bringing on mailing and the official entry form with your answers to The Herald-Dispatch, 946 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV, no later than June 18th, 2008.

By entering the Where in the World is Inky Contest, contestants release The Herald-Dispatch, Champion Publishing and any other promotional sponsors, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Prize package or with the acceptance, possession or use of any Prize. (Including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).
