DEMOCRATS FOR MALONEY: Republican gubernatorial candidate Bill Maloney has formed a coalition group, Democrats for Maloney.

The group is chaired by Bill Renzelli of Harrison County and Toni Fleming of Wood County.

"Our campaign is open to all West Virginians, Republican, Democrat and Independent alike, who seek a brighter future for West Virginia," Maloney said in a release.

CAPITO AND FARM BUREAU: U.S. Rep. Shelley Moore Capito, a Republican who is running for re-election in the 2nd Congressional District of West Virginia, was recently recognized as a "Friend of the Farm Bureau" for her advocacy on behalf of West Virginia farmers and for her support of Farm Bureau issues.

Members of Congress are nominated by their respective American Farm Bureau Federation and selected by the American Farm Bureau Federation Board of Directors.

DAVIS ENDORSEMENTS: Mike Davis, Republican candidate for West Virginia House of Delegates District 16, has received two recent endorsements.

He was endorsed by West Virginians for Life's Political Action Committee, an anti-abortion group. Davis was also endorsed by the West Virginia Family Foundation Political Action Committee, which supports "traditional family values."
