HUNTINGTON — Two incumbents on Huntington City Council will not return next year, and a third barely squeezed by her opponent.

Meanwhile, District 3 Councilwoman Frances Jackson edged one of her Democratic challengers, Aaron-Michael Fox, by 10 votes.
