QUESTION & ANSWER: In order to continue meeting West Virginia's balanced budget requirement, what specific programs would you cut or eliminate?
"Without the information to be specific, I would examine the first proposed budget and eliminate waste that is blatantly obvious. At first glance, there seems to be far too much travel to out of state conferences and training seminars by both legislators and state employees."
