WAYNE -- Election results from the May primary in Wayne County were certified on Monday, according to County Clerk Robert Pasley.
Pasley said no changes had to be made.
Results were expected to be certified last Tuesday, but the lack of a quorum for the Wayne County Commission, which serves as the election board, forced a rescheduling.
The certification process in Wayne also was delayed because of concerns over voting machines. Some Wayne County residents claimed the iVotronic voting machine system malfunctioned during the May 13 primary.
