Evan Jenkins to open campaign headquarters Tuesday

HUNTINGTON -- The grand opening of a Huntington campaign headquarters for Evan Jenkins, Republican candidate for U.S. House of Representatives, W.Va. District 3, is set for 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 29.

The headquarters is at 1455 4th Ave., Suite A, in Huntington.

MOONEY ENDORSED: Alex Mooney, Republican candidate for U.S. House of Representatives, W.Va. District 2, has been endorsed by the West Virginians for Life PAC.

WVL-PAC is the internal PAC for West Virginians for Life, which is affiliated with the National Right to Life Committee.

District 2 includes Kanawha and Putnam counties.

"Alex Mooney has been a leader in support of pro-life legislation," Dr. Wanda Franz, president of West Virginians for Life PAC, said in a press release.

"He opposes Obamacare and would vote to repeal it. We commend Alex Mooney for his outstanding record of commitment to the pro-life cause."
