QUESTION & ANSWER: What should the Legislature do to help West Virginia build an economy less reliant on extraction industries?

"We should be repairing our infrastructure. This should include new construction, ie new four-lane highways. Building an infrastructure that can support both manufacturing and technical industries. We also need a better continuing adult education system offering training in such fields as, but not limited to: electrical, pipefitting, carpentry, and machinist trades."
