GREENUP, Ky. — Genuine Junk Band takes the stage at Greenbo Lake State Resort Park’s Amphitheatre at 8 p.m. Aug. 8.
Genuine Junk Band is an original, roots-rocking jam-band from Ashland, Kentucky with very creative songwriting and high-energy live shows.
GJB is fresh back from a two-month long tour that took the band from the Carolinas to Vermont, New York and back home via Ohio.
Bring your lawn chairs and blankets to the Greenbo Amphitheatre for an evening of rocking music. Coolers are welcome.
Admission is $4 per person, children 12 & under free.

Greenbo Lake State Resort Park is on Ky. 1, 18 miles north of I-64 from the Grayson exit, or 8 miles south of U.S. 23 (the Country Music Highway). Greenbo Lake features a lodge, gift shop and Anglers’ Cove Restaurant. The park’s 225-acre lake is ideal for boating and fishing. Other features include 25 miles of multi-use trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding. Greenbo Amphitheatre features music and plays during summer and fall.
