- Crawling Tours, Bat Cave: 2 p.m. Fridays; Saltpeter Cave: 3 p.m. Saturdays, Aug. 11-Sept. 1. Regularly scheduled wild caving tours are offered for the Bat Cave and Saltpeter Cave. These tours are somewhat strenuous and not recommended if are claustrophobic, or in bad health. Cavers must be 12-years-old to participate. Tours are 2 1/2 hours in length.
