Greenbo Lake State Park campground not opening until July 1

GREENUP, Ky. — Due to poor spring weather conditions, the opening date for the Greenbo Lake State Resort Park campground has been pushed back to July 1.

The campground is undergoing a renovation and the Department of Parks had planned to have it open by Memorial Day. The weather has caused delays in the renovation work.

All reservations for arrivals prior to July 1 will be cancelled and refunds issued.  

Campers should be receiving cancellation notices and refunds from ReserveAmerica.
