Patrons may get crafty at Boyd Public Library
ASHLAND -- Boyd County Public Library patrons will have the opportunity to get wordy at August's adult craft program, creating unique drink coasters made from Scrabble game tiles.
The program will take place on three different occasions beginning at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, at the Catlettsburg, Kentucky Branch. The program will be repeated at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 19, at the Main Branch, and again at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, at the Kyova Branch.
The Main Branch is located at 1740 Central Ave. in Ashland; the Catlettsburg Branch is located at 2704 Louisa St., in Catlettsburg; and the Kyova Branch is in the Kyova Mall, across from Elder-Beerman.
The library will provide all the supplies and instruction. No registration is required, but seating is limited.
