Limited tickets on sale for second annual dinner tour of downtown

 HUNTINGTON —  The Downtown Huntington Partners are hosting their second annual event  — “A Progressive Dinner.”

Limited tickets are on sale for $40 at MUG & PIA 939 3rd Ave., Simply Whisk 901 4th Ave., and The Antique Mall 926 4th Ave., all located in downtown Huntington.

The second annual event will be held on Thursday, April 25.

The night will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the lobby of The Fredrick Building where guests will meet and receive their “Dinner Map” then the fun begins as participates stroll through and explore beautiful downtown. 

The Chef’s choice, prix fixe menu begins with appetizers, soup & salad, entrée and finishes the evening with a sweet finale. Generous support from Tri-State Transit Authority allows the restaurant venues to expand and include Savannah’s, La Famiglia, and Black Sheep & Burrito.

Other participating local restaurants include, SIP Wine Bar, River & Rail Bakery, Crumpet & Tea, Max & Erma’s, Marshall Hall of Fame Restaurant, Le Bistro, Huntington Prime, Bobby Pruett’s Steakhouse and 21 at The Frederick.

The Downtown Huntington Partners, Inc. (DHPI) mission is to provide vision, support and promotion for the improvement of downtown Huntington.  The group consists of retailers, landlords, restaurateurs, professionals, downtown business people and any other persons of business interested in the improvement and promotion of downtown Huntington and surrounding area.

 DHPI is a non-profit organization consisting of an entirely volunteer staff.  The partners realize the importance of a strong, growing and changing downtown to the entire Tri-State area
