Let Freedom Sing concert set for Sept. 8
HUNTINGTON -- In what has become an tradition of celebrating and honoring first responders and military members in addition to remembering those who lost their lives in the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks, the annual Let Freedom Sing concert will take place Sunday, Sept. 8, at Barboursville Community Park.
The event will begin at 2 p.m. and features barbershop-style acapella singing.
The concert is presented by the Thunder Tones. It will also feature the Kanawha Kordsmen of Charleston, the Singing Kernels from Ashland and River Magic Chorus of Huntington.
Admission is free and open to everyone.
