Alice in Chains to bring tour to Tri-State

HUNTINGTON — Alice in Chains will make a tour stop in Huntington at the Big Sandy Superstore Arena at 8 p.m. Friday, May 16 as part of its upcom­ing U.S. tour.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 31. Pre­sale tickets are available now at www.AliceinChains. com .

Special guest Monster Truck will open the show.

Tickets are $35, $42.50 and $49.50 plus applicable fees are are available at the arena box office, Ticket­master.com or by phone at 800-745-3000.

Known best for ’90s alt-rock hits such as “Roost­er,” “Man in the Box” and “Would,” Alice in Chains is touring in support of its 2013 album “The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here,” which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 album chart when it was released in May. It has also spawned two No. 1 singles “Hollow” and “Stone” and topped Loudwire’s list of the 10 Best Rock Albums of 2013.
