Plenty to do for the whole family

Jan. 08, 2013 @ 06:54 AM

After the hustle and bustle of the holidays, and with the weather less than optimal, you might be tempted to park yourself indoors until the birds and blooms return, beckoning you to come out and play.

But there are plenty of things happening around the Tri-State area -- both indoors and outdoors -- to keep families busy year round. We've compiled a list of things for you to check out in the next couple of months.

And if your kids get invited to a sleep over, or you're lucky enough to snag a baby sitter, we've also thrown in some ideas for date night or girls' night out.
