Winners of Haunted House Art Contest announced
HUNTINGTON -- Winners of the Haunted House Art Contest sponsored by Next Move Realty, LLC were announced recently during a reception at Watercolor Dreams Gallery and Art School.
The competition was open to aspiring artists between the ages of 7 to 17 and judged by local artist Patricia Reynolds Reed and Brad Boston from the Huntington Museum of Art. To help further their creative interests, all winners received art supply related prizes.
Winners in the 7-12 age group were: First place, Kyleah Lewis (Milton Elementary School); Second place, Kyra Jones (Huntington Middle School); Third place, Anna Spagna (Meadows Elementary School).
Winners in the 13-17 age group were: First place, Issac Hodges (Huntington High School); Second place, Cody Mollet (Huntington High School); Third place, Allison Peters (Spring Valley High School).
