Newly-elected Huntington mayor signs on for weekly radio segment
HUNTINGTON — Newly-elected Huntington Mayor Steve Williams has agreed to join 93.7-FM,The Dawg’s morning show, Chuck Black and Virginia West, each Tuesday morning at 8:45. The locally-owned radio station’s morning show co-host, Virginia West, is calling the segment “Talking Smack with Mayor Steve!”
Joining the Mayor and West during the broadcast is former Huntington Mayor and Supertalk 94.1 talk-show host, Jean Dean. Dean’s words of advice for Mayor Williams is, “Keep a sense of humor.”
Williams laughed at the advice and responded, “I thought she was going to say don’t blow it!”
