RACING: Dirt flies as racers from age 5 to 50 on 50cc to 450cc bikes zoom around the West Virginia Pumpkin Park track at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 19, as the second Milton MotoX event kicks off. Practice begins at 6 p.m. Friday, April 18, and 5 p.m. Saturday. Racers compete for $20 in trophy classes and $30 for money classes. Admission is $10; free to ages 5 and younger. Animal cruelty a sign of antisocial personality disorder

Q: My 18 year old son and a slightly younger friend recently found some mice and decided to dispose of them. They drowned one and set the other one on fire. When I confronted my son for torturing animals, his response was "They're just mice." Is this typical boy behavior or should I be concerned?

Snacks do not always have 'real' fruit inside

When Bullwinkle the Moose tells his buddy Rocket J. Squirrel, "Hey, watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat!" a rabbit is never what appears. That kind of switcheroo isn't so comic, however, when certain snack and cereal bars claim on their front label that they contain (ta da!) Real Fruit. If you look at the ingredients list (in very small type hidden on the back) to see what you're really getting, like Bullwinkle, it might not be what you were hoping for.
