One of Susan Legge's favorite aspects of her home is the pool area in the back yard. The pool and lounge area were installed during the last year and feature a small waterfall, accent lighting and stained concrete. Legge also utilized underwater lighting to give the pool an added visual element.

Susan Legge added more than 2,600-square feet to her home by renovating her walk-out basement into a full living area. It now has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an entertainment area and media room, beverage center and a large storage room. Legge used raised-panel drywall to accent her walls, California Berber carpet for the floors and tops it all of with vaulted ceilings.

Most families love an open kitchen. It's one area of her home that Susan Legge hasn't gone in to renovation-mode on just yet. She plans to add a backsplash when she Ògets boredÓ sometime in the future.
