Her life revolved around service to her community, whether as a Cub Scout leader, a nurse or a four-term legislator, Margarette Leach was dedicated to making Huntington and West Virginia a better place to live. Leach, 81, died Sunday in Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington.
