Manchin to speak to Huntington’s Young Professionals

HUNTINGTON — Gov. Joe Manchin is scheduled to speak during a meeting of Huntington’s Young Professionals Committee, scheduled for noon Wednesday, April 9, at Guyan Golf and Country Club.

YPC is a subcommittee of the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce. Geared toward men and women younger than 40, it has more than 150 members and focuses on networking, community development projects and recreational opportunities for young professionals in the Huntington area.

This meeting has a special date and location but will serve as the group’s monthly meeting. A buffet style lunch will be served for a fee of $13 for members. RSVP by Friday, April 4, to Michaele Craig at michaele@huntingtonchamber.org.
