BARBOURSVILLE -- Two men charged with felonies were incarcerated early Wednesday morning at the Western Regional Jail.
Norman Travis Blevins, 37, was booked shortly after midnight. He was charged with receiving and transferring and stolen property worth more than $1,000, a felony, and possession of a controlled substance. He was expected to be arraigned Wednesday in Wayne County Magistrate Court.
Kenneth Ray Daniels, 36, was booked about 12:30 a.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor; and felonious smuggling/transferring alcohol and a controlled substance, and weapons in jail. He awaited arraignment Wednesday in Cabell Magistrate Court.
