WAYNE -- An employee of the Wayne County Board of Education was arrested Thursday for on charges of using the board's credit card to purchase gasoline, quarts of oil and cigarettes.
Billy Russell, a bus driver for the Wayne County Board of Education, was charged with fraudulent schemes.
The amount of purchases used on the board's credit card exceeds $1,000. Russell was released on bond.
The Wayne Detachment of the West Virginia State Police conducted the investigation.
