Forum on Huntington's riverfront
The Herald-Dispatch and WSAZ NewsChannel 3 will host a public forum Thursday, Oct. 25, on Huntington's riverfront and ideas for improvement and development.
When: 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25.
Where: Conference room of the Big Sandy Superstore Arena.
Panelists: Brandi Jones, director of administration and finance for the city of Huntington; Skip Holbrook, chief of the Huntington Police Department; Col. Dana Hurst of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; A.J. Boleski, general manager of the Big Sandy Superstore Arena; West Virginia Sen. Bob Plymale, D-Wayne; Deron Runyon, loan and tax manager for the Huntington-Ironton Empowerment Zone; David Duffield, a local attorney and owner of Holderby's Landing; and Charles Humphreys, director of the Mason County Development Authority.
