You won't want to forget your umbrella for the next couple days. Rain and thunderstorms are on tap for the Tri-State today, with a high near 65, according to the National Weather Service Web site. The next decent chance for some sun comes Saturday.

 Here's the Weather Service's forecast for tonight and through Saturday:


Tonight: A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Cloudy, with a low around 51.

Friday: A chance of rain and thunderstorms, then rain likely after noon. Cloudy, with a high near 63. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent.

Friday night: Sixty percent chance of showers, mainly before 9 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 33.

Saturday: Partly sunny, with a high near 56.
