Two people jailed overnight

BARBOURSVILLE — Two people were booked on felony charges early Saturday morning at the Western Regional Jail, according to booking records.

Joseph Llen Woods, 31, was brought in by West Virginia State Police around 2:40 a.m. for driving with a suspended and revoked license, third offense.

Mary Elizabeth Elliott, 41, was brought into the jail around 4:45 a.m. by the Barboursville Police Department. She was charged with driving with a suspended and revoked license, second offense, false evidence, and forgery of restoration.

Neither had been arraigned as of 6:30 a.m.
