Primary Election Day is under way in West Virginia, and the polls close tonight at 7:30 p.m.

Cabell County polls are up and running after election officials called in some replacements early this morning, said County Clerk Karen Cole. One precinct was late opening, but all seem to be running smoothly now, she said just before 7:30 a.m.
