BARBOURSVILLE — Sixteen people have been booked at the Western Regional Jail near Barboursville since early this morning.
Three people are charged with felonies.
Howard Ray Childers, 26, was arrested by state troopers in Cabell County and charged with escaping from the custody of community corrections, brandishing a weapon, battery on an officer, assault, fleeing on foot and obstructing an officer.
He is being held on a $25,000 bond.
Lyndsey Brooke Cleek, 18, was arrested in Putnam County for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Her bond has not been set.
Christopher Jerome Jackson, 23, was arrested in Wayne County and charged with possession of a controlled substance, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and a parole violation. His bond has not been set.
