LARRY R. ADAMS, 63, of Chapmanville, W.Va., died Monday at Home. Evans Funeral Home, Chapmanville, is in charge of arrangements, which are incomplete.

SHERMAN WILLIAM ADKINS, 60, of Huntington, W.Va., husband of Kum Sun “Sandy” Adkins, died Saturday at home. There will be a private memorial at a later time. Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, Huntington, is assisting the family. www.ferrell-chambersfuneralhome.com.

FANNIE MAXINE SEARLS BIRD, 75, of Hurricane, W.Va., wife of Ronald Bird, died Sunday in Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston, W.Va. Graveside service 10 a.m. Wednesday, Mount Olive Cemetery. Allen Funeral Home, Hurricane, is assisting the family.

RICHARD AUDLEY BLANKENSHIP, 89, formerly of Huntington, W.Va., husband of Virginia Breitenstein Blankenship, died Monday at his Rocky River, Ohio, home. He retied from Davis Wholesale/Fox Grocery. Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington, is in charge of arrangements, which are incomplete.

LEWIS DAVID CAUDILL, 48, of Frankfort, Ky., son of Nell Rose Smith Caudill, died Saturday in Rockcastle Hospital and Respiratory Care Center, Mount Vernon, Ky. He was a law enforcement officer. Funeral service 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Ky.; burial at Newman Cemetery, Hi Hat, Ky. OSCAR CLARK, 59, of Connellsville, Pa., formerly of Huntington, W.Va., husband of Bertha B. Johnson Clark, died Monday. He was a retired supervisor for Anchor Glass. Funeral service 11 a.m. Thursday, Paul G. Fink Funeral Home, Connellsville; burial at Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville, Pa. Visitation from 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. NOLA COX COLVIN, 77, of Catlettsburg, Ky., widow of Foster V. Colvin Jr., died Sunday in Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, Ky. Funeral service 1 p.m. Thursday, Kilgore and Collier Funeral Home, Catlettsburg; burial at Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens, Ashland. Visitation from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

HELEN FRANCIS, 85, of Ironton, Ohio, widow of Ernest H. Francis, died Sunday at home. She was a homemaker. Graveside service 1 p.m. Thursday, Sugar Creek Cemetery. Private visitation. Tracy Brammer Funeral Home, Ironton, is in charge of arrangements.

EUGENE HOWELL, 72, of Martin, Ky., husband of Sylvia Tackett Howell, died Friday in St. Joseph Hospital, Martin. He was a retired coal miner. Graveside service was Aug. 18, Howell Cemetery, McDowell, Ky. Hall Funeral Home, Martin, is assisting the family. www.hallfuneralservice.com.

DANNY LARRY LANE, 56, of Ormond Beach, Fla., formerly of Barbousville, W.Va., died Friday. Funeral services 1 p.m. Thursday, Wallace Funeral Home and Chapel, Barboursville; burial at Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington, W.Va. Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

MISTY DAWN MAYNARD, 36, of Chapmanville, W.Va., daughter of Rhea Nelson Maynard of Chapmanville, died Sunday at CAMC Memorial Division, Charleston. She was a clerical secretary. Funeral service 2 p.m. Thursday, Evans Funeral Home, Chapmanville; burial at Douglas Cemetery, Lake, W.Va. Visitation from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

CONDAR LEE ROBINETTE, 51, of Hatfield, Ky., husband of Belinda Hinkle Robinette, died Sunday in the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He was a self employed coal truck driver. Funeral service 11 a.m. Wednesday, Canada (Ky.) Freewill Baptist Church; burial in the family cemetery, Hatfield. Visitation after 6 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at the church. CARL EUGENE RAY, 55, of Branchland, W.Va., widower of Flossie Maxey Ray, died Sunday in Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was a laborer. Funeral service 11 a.m. Wednesday, Koontz Funeral Home, Hamlin, W.Va.; burial at Franklin Cemetery, Branchland. Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. MARGIE SLONE, 93, of Monticello, Ky., formerly of Floyd County, Kentucky, widow of Ollie Slone, died Sunday at home. She was a homemaker. ADA B. SNYDER, 76, of Clarkston, Wash., formerly of Huntington, W.Va., wife of Glenn Synder, died Saturday in Orchard Rehabilitation Center, Lewiston, Idaho. Memorial service at a later time. Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio, is assisting the family.

KEITH STONE SR., 55, and TERESA ANN STONE, 56, both of Ashland, Ky., died Sunday.  He was president of Air Equipment Sales and Service. She was a retired Raceland schoolteacher. Joint funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Bridges Christian Church; burial at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens, Flatwoods, Ky. Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Donations may be made to the Mark and Teresa Stone Memorial Scholarship, c/o First and Peoples Bank and Trust, attn: trust dept, PO Box 453, Russell, KY 41169.
