Management, communications training sessions offered this week
MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES: Author, speaker and management consultant Glenn Shepard offers a seminar at Shawnee State University to teach management strategies from 8:30 a.m. until noon Tuesday, Sept. 9, in the Micklethwaite Banquet Hall at the University Center.
This seminar offers tools, strategies and tactics managers need to motivate and manage people effectively. Shepard has authored six books and is best known for “How to Manage Problem Employees.” His most recent book, “How to Be the Employee Your Company Can't Live Without,” became a national No. 1 best seller in March 2006.
