WILLADEAN ADKINS, 73, of Huntington, died Friday at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the Highland Cemetery Annex, Saltwell Road, Huntington. Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington is in charge of arrangements.

PHILLIP WESLEY BARNETT, 47, of Louisa, husband of Ardy’s Ann Barnett, died Saturday. He was a master plummer. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Young Funeral Home Chapel, Louisa. Burial will follow at Berry Cemetery, Sand Branch. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. 

DORA BELLE BIAS, 90, of Barboursville, died Saturday at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Curry Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

RICHARD BOWENS, 62, of Willow Wood, Ohio, died Friday in the Hospice House of Huntington. There will be no services. Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio, is in charge of arrangements. www.timeformemory.com/hall.

FRANCES FAYE DIXON, 59, of Ashland, wife of Harold Ray Dixon, died Saturday at King’s Daughters Medical Center, Ashland. Funeral services will be  conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Wright’s Funeral Home, Greenup. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery, Ashland. Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Tuesday and one hour before service Wednesday at the funeral home. www.wrightsfuneralhome.com.

JESSIE MILDRED FISH, 87, of Williamson, widow of Johnny H. Fish, died Sunday at Appalachian Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at R.E. Rogers Funeral Home, Belfry, Ky. Visitation will be at 6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. www.rerogersfuneralhome.com.

ANNA HAMPTON, 93, of Lexington, formerly of Knott County, widow of Floyd Hampton, died Saturday at home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin. Burial will follow at Green Acres Cemetery, Ermine. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

WILLA M. MASSIE, 72, of Lesage, wife of George Massie, died Friday at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Chapman’s Mortuary. Burial will follow at Greenbottom Memorial Park, Greenbottom. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

DEVON LEWIS MAYS, 40, of Ashland, died Friday at Community Hospice Care Center. He was a self employed drywall finisher. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Preston Family Funeral Home, Ashland. Burial will follow at Kirby Flats Cemetery. CLARA F. POWERS, 82, of Point Pleasant, died Saturday at home. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Deal Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Kirkland Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

ROY E. RAMEY SR., 86, of Wayne, W.Va., died Saturday at home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Morris Funeral Home Chapel, Wayne, W.Va. Burial will follow at Community Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at Morris Funeral Home.

MAE THORNBURY, 96, of Greenup, formerly of Johnson County, died Friday at home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Conley Cemetery, Oil Springs. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

ZELPHIA ELOISE WEEKLY, 84, of Culloden, died Sunday. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will follow at Ridgelawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be after noon Wednesday at the funeral home.

THOMAS W. WEEKLY, 65, of Proctorville, husband of Janette Weekly, died Saturday at Hospice House of Huntington. Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, is in charge of arrangements, which are incomplete.
