HUNTINGTON -- A Lesage man faces four felony counts of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian.
Criminal complaints charge that Daniel Lee Henry, 55, sexually abused two girls between May 1 and June 18. The abusive incidents followed all-terrain vehicle rides to a creek. The children were 3 and 6. The documents were filed in Cabell County Magistrate Court.
The complaints charge Henry with encouraging the girls to swim naked. He would watch them and touch them inappropriately.
The case is being investigated by the Cabell County Sheriff's Office.
Henry was incarcerated at 5:35 p.m. Wednesday. He was being held on a $80,000 bond.
If convicted, the charge carries a possible five to 15-year prison sentence and a fine between $1,000 and $10,000.
