Campaign for Change and Obama for America to open state headquarters in Charleston
CHARLESTON — The Campaign for Change, the statewide Democratic coordinated campaign, and Obama for America state headquarters will celebrate a grand opening at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9, at 247 Capitol St. in downtown Charleston, according to a release.
The state headquarters will serve as the central campaign office for the Democratic Party’s campaign efforts this fall. The campaign has an active list of over 6,000 volunteers ready to call and meet with their neighbors.
