HUNTINGTON — Steve P. Hatten CLU, ChFC, and Christie A. Kinsey, CLU, ChFC, of Northwestern Mutual Financial Network of Huntington have earned the Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL) designation from The American College.
Founded in 1927, The American College, located in Bryn Mawr, Pa., is the nation’s leading educator of professionals in the financial services industry.
With a CASL designation, Hatten and Kinsey have completed one of the most comprehensive curriculum available addressing the many financial and lifestyle considerations affecting both seniors in retirement and individuals preparing for retirement. As financial representatives, they are part of a network of specialists offering a wide array of services. The CASL designation allows them to continue to provide expert guidance and innovative solutions on a broad range of financial topics.
Hatten began his career with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network on June 18, 1975, while Kinsey started with the Network June 24, 1981. Both have earned lifetime membership in the Million Dollar Roundtable, National Quality Awards and the National Sales Achievement Awards. Each is extremely active in various community organizations, serving on the Boards of Hospice, United Way, the Huntington Museum of Art and Cabell Huntington Hospital to name a few.
