BARBOURSVILLE — Two men charged with felonies were incarcerated early this morning at the Western Regional Jail.
Norman Travis Blevins, 37, was booked shortly after midnight. He was charged with receiving and transferring stolen property worth more than $1,000, a felony, and possession of a controlled substance. He awaits arraignment today in Wayne County Magistrate Court.
Kenneth Ray Daniels, 36, was booked about 12:30 a.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor; felonious smuggling/transferring alcohol and a controlled substance; and weapons in jail. He awaits arraignment in Cabell Magistrate Court.
