Cabell County Grand Jury indictments: A-F

The recent Cabell County Grand Jury has returned the following indictments. The charges were unsealed Monday afternoon. An indictment is merely a formal accusation of guilt, and accused defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Check back later for more indictments.

 Thomas Gene Adair (505 W. 5th St., Huntington): third offense driving under the influence of alcohol

 Christopher Jeremy Adkins (421 R. 25th St. West, Apt. 1, Huntington): two counts sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian, first degree sexual assault.

 Betty Dawn Allen (140 Ultra Lane, Ashton): third offense shoplifting

 Wesley Alan Barker (6315 East Drive, Huntington): breaking and entering, grand larceny, obtaining money, goods or services, by false pretenses, transferring stolen property, forgery, uttering, forgery and uttering

 George L. Barnes (12 Southview Lane, Huntington): wanton endangerment and conspiracy

 Vetina Baylous (Route 1, Box 255, Salt Rock): delivery of a controlled substance

 Lonnie Berry II (#2 Meadow Lane, Huntington): attempt to commit a felony

 Rachel Lynn Berry (Route 2, Box 570, Salt Rock): burglary, conspiracy, forgery, uttering, forgery, uttering, forgery, uttering and conspiracy

 Matthew Birchfield (924 1/4 13th St., Huntington): child abuse resulting in injury

 Rhonda Sue Boggs (c/o Lakin Correctional Center, 11264 Ohio River Road, West Columbia, W.Va.): escape from a work release center

 Diablo Lamont Brown (1030 7th Ave., Huntington): burglary, assault, brandishing and fleeing from an officer while not in vehicle

 Wayne Burton Brown (170 Midvale Drive, Huntington): first degree murder, forgery and uttering

 Tammy Larissa Browning (6631 Sanns Drive, Lesage, W.Va.): obtaining a controlled substance by fraudulent misrepresentation

 Derek Jerome Buckner ( 2016 11th Ave., Huntington): three counts of delivery of a controlled substance

 John David Caldwell (2505 West Smith St., Huntington): domestic battery third offense, possession of a controlled substance and third offense driving on a suspended or revoked license because of a DUI conviction

 Kater Orlando Callen (1239 26th St., Huntington): malicious wounding

 Mary Susan Caserta (1223 Georgia Ave., Milton): two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory and conspiracy

 Danny Lee Chapman (944 27th St., Huntington): two counts of malicious wounding and domestic battery

 Howard Ray Childers (4547 Green Valley Road, Huntington): kidnapping, two counts of first degree sexual assault, first degree sexual abuse

 Drake Andrew Clagg (Route 1, Box 277, Lesage): four counts of third degree sexual assault and fleeing from an officer causing injury

 Warren Todd Cline (5 Brod-way Drive, Barboursville): three counts of wanton endangerment and possession of a controlled substance

 Kenneth Douglas Dean, Jr. (5400 Mt. Vernon Road, Huntington): grand larceny and conspiracy

 David Lee Dempsey (111 Township Road 352, South Point, Ohio): fleeing from an officer while driving under the influence of alcohol, third offense driving under the influence of alcohol, fleeing from an officer while not in vehicle and second offense driving on a suspended or revoked license because of a DUI conviction

 Jessie Allen Dunfee (2110 8th Ave., Huntington): burglary and conspiracy

 Stephanie Durst (608 Buffington St., Huntington): possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and cultivation of marijuana

 Tara Marie Eplion (828 West 9th St., Huntington): attempted second degree robbery

 Leslie Wayne Ferguson, Jr. (13 Rayon Drive, Huntington): four counts forgery of a credit card and fraudulent schemes

 Ryan Michael Fields (703 Buffington St., Huntington): receiving stolen property, reckless driving, fleeing from an officer while in a vehicle, fleeing from an officer while not in vehicle, obstructing an officer, burglary, grand larceny, breaking and entering and petit larceny

 Vanessa Reney Fields (1695 Charleston Ave., Huntington): fleeing from an officer while not in vehicle

 Donald Fitzwater (250 Nova St., Huntington): 15 counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian
