Tim and Tammy Williams of South Point, Ohio, are happy to announce the marriage of their daughter, Jewelia Mae Williams, to Lee Oliver Elliott, son of Larry and Cheryl Elliott of St. Clairsville, Ohio. The couple was married June 28, 2013, at Blue Waters Resort on the Caribbean island of Antigua.

The bride was given in marriage by her father, Tom, along with her mother, Tammy. Also in attendance were the groom's parents, Larry and Cheryl, and the groom's sister, Lyndsay Elliott, with her fiancé, Andrew Numbers.

After the wedding, the newlyweds celebrated by having a luncheon reception with their family inside the rock pier gazebo where they were wed. Then, the couple headed off to their honeymoon at Jumby Bay in Antigua.

Jewelia is a 2007 graduate of South Point High School and a 2011 graduate of Marshall University with a bachelor of science degree in secondary math education. She is currently a math teacher at South Point High School.

Lee is a 2008 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2012 graduate of Marshall University with a bachelor of business administration degree in finance. He is currently employed as a loan assistant at Putnam County Bank in Hurricane, W.Va.

The couple will reside in South Point, Ohio.
