Duncan-Bailey

Mr. Marion Wells and Mrs. Lois Wells are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Melissa Dawn Bailey, to Joshua Clinton Duncan, son of Mr. Darrell Duncan and Mrs. Judy Duncan, on Aug. 4, 2012.

Melissa is the former 2002 graduate of Spring Valley High School. Joshua is the former 2001 graduate of Chesapeake High School; both are employed by Alcon Labs.

They were wed at Windsor Chapel Church in Proctorville, Ohio, with Misty Brown, sister of Melissa Bailey, as Maid of Honor, and Darrell "D" Duncan, brother of Joshua Duncan, as Best Man. Flower girls were Andrea and Keaira, daughters of Melissa and Joshua. Draven, nephew of Joshua, was the Ring Bearer. Pastor Harold Hamlin performed the ceremony. Reception immediately followed the ceremony in the fellowship hall of the church.

Mr. and Mrs. Duncan will reside in Kenova.
