Rachel Marie Dillard
Kerry and Susan Dillard of Huntington announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Rachel Marie, to Jeff Kemper, son of Dan and Gisela Kemper of Huntington.
Rachel is a graduate of Huntington High School and Marshall University with a master's degree in Elementary Education.
Jeff is a graduate of Huntington High School and Marshall University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing.
The wedding is Sept. 22, 2012, at Fifth Avenue Baptist Church in Huntington.
