Allison Paige Hensley and Andrew Steven Varney exchanged marriage vows Monday, Aug. 26, 2013, at The Maylon House in Milton, W.Va. Officiant Don Walker presided.

The groom is the son of Lora Varney, grandson of Magdalene Varney and the late Jim Varney of Milton.

The bride is the daughter of Joseph Hensley and Kimberly Epling, granddaughter of Carolyn Pearson and the late Charles Broughman of Huntington, W.Va., and the late Shirley Ann Baumgardner and Lewis Hensley of Huntington.

The bride was escorted by both her father Joseph and her stepfather David Epling. Attending the bride were matron of honor Megan Howard and Jessica Hensley, sisters of the bride, close friend Jessica Gibson, and the bride’s niece Skyler Lyon as flower girl.

The best man was Randy Hensley, best friend of the groom. Groomsmen in attendance were Ashley Lockwood and Brandon Howard. The ring bearer was Alex Whitney, the groom’s cousin.

Dinner and dancing followed the ceremony at the Morrison Grand Ball Room, Milton.

The couple met in high school at Cabell Midland in 2003, and became engaged on Jan. 14, 2012.

After a 14-day honeymoon cruise in the Mediterranean, the couple resides in Huntington.
