Tangy marinade great for pork, beef

Great for marinating beef or pork before grilling. Store extra portions in the freezer. Recipes courtesy of the American Diabetes Association.

Serves 12/3 cups

Serving size: 12/3 cups


1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice

1 garlic clove, minced

1/3 c. lite soy sauce

1 tsp. ground ginger

1/3 c. low-calorie Italian salad dressing


In a shallow dish, combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly.

Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
