HUNTINGTON -- A number of health-conscious classes, programs and screenings are scheduled in the Tri-State this week. Some of the activities offered in the area:
Sibling Class, 5:30 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 7, Cabell Huntington Hospital, 1340 Hal Greer Blvd., Huntington. Future big brothers and sisters learn to help care for the new baby. Call 304-526-BABY to register.
Get Well Wednesdays, 5 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 8, Huntington Mall, Barboursville. Medical professionals from Cabell Huntington Hospital, the Hoops Family Children's Hospital and the Cabell-Huntington Health Department will be available with nutrition information, immunizations, back-to-school supplies and more.
