This week's tips are:
DIET: Drink a glass of water before each meal and snack.
EXERCISE: Take a walk after lunch or dinner every day.
SPIRIT: Take five minutes each day for quiet time; no TV, music, reading or conversation. Sit quietly, breathe deeply and pray if you choose.
